What is required to join this dynamic company: -

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for the growth and development of both existing and new business within your region through new business sales and account management.

You will already be experienced succeeding in the world of recruitment or in a construction-related business to business sales environment.

Your key accountabilities and attributes will include.

• Mapping your marketplace and the key players within it.
• Strategies to win new business.
• Securing and developing existing business.
• Developing an excellent understanding of clients, their industry, their work culture, and their environment.
• Upselling and cross-selling recruitment services.
• Candidate Management
• Candidate attraction, resourcing, and management.
• Initiate regional & national advertising campaign’s using various online media and social channels to attract talent.
• Network with candidates to generate business leads and to grow the talent pool pipeline.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Highly self-motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic.
• Ability to work under own initiative as well as part of the bigger team.
