eRecruitment Marketing & Candidate Attraction Specialist

Hybrid working arrangement

Part-time or full-time hours to suit

£30,000 to £35,000 pro rata per annum

This role requires an ambitious and data-driven professional to continuously improve the quality and quantity of inbound candidates across the company via strategic sourcing and attraction techniques, using a continuous improvement methodogly to find hard-to-reach candidates.

You will be responsible for pulling together the recruitment strategy for the company’s website, landing pages social media, (especially LinkedIn) email communications, CRM, 3rd party suppliers and website developers (including job boards CV-Library Reed)

The role will act as a crucial partner to the marketing department and recruitment teams supporting the preparation and ability to attract the right talent to meet the client's business needs.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work with recruitment teams to deploy job adverts and ensure job postings are succinct, continuous, and keyword optimised for job board advertising.
  • To develop and oversee consistent job advertising templates and guidelines
  • Day-to-day management of paid media activity across multiple channels. This includes our social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram) and job boards (CV-Library Reed)
  • Build a group strategy for engaging and attracting non-active (passive) candidates
  • Track/measure performance and monitoring of all campaigns through data sources like Google Analytics and ATS to achieve campaign results plus insights to power future campaigns
  • Support marketing campaigns, and identify campaign ROI and success metrics
  • Support in new marketing initiatives such as social media and online marketing interventions to strengthen engagement with the target audience.
  • Coordinate campaign activities as defined in the campaign project plan
  • Support marketing team to screen and supervise content from design, copyrighting, social media, etc. team to ensure adherence to brand and organisational guidelines
  • Use a variety of data sources to identify underlying issues, patterns, and relationships, and make targeted recommendations
  • Report on effectiveness of channels and their alignment to the full Attraction Marketing mix and identify avenues for maximum campaign impact
  • Offer creative recommendations, based on campaign performance, and offer solutions to improve outcomes

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Recruitment industry experience either ideally as a recruitment consultant or technical resourcer
  • Paid media marketing experience, ideally in recruitment marketing
  • Knowledge of technical SEO and paid search to improve brand awareness
  • Experience using CRM and marketing campaign automation software
  • Proven experience in budget management, commercial awareness, and project management
  • Understanding of the customer/candidate funnel and how different media channels contribute to candidate acquisition
  • Comfortable interpreting data to gain insights, optimise campaign performance and assess ROI
