My client has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Recruitment BP to join an established division, providing recruitment services to clients that range from SMEs to high-profile global OEMs within the automotive, aerospace, defence and aviation, general engineering and manufacturing industries 

We are keen to hear from Recruitment BP"s and Consultants who wish to join one of the leading and respected consultancies and who want to further develop their careers in the skilled engineering mfr and technical markets.

As a Recruitment Business Partner you will be responsible for:

• Identifying and qualifying target clients that align with business growth strategy, attending client visits and preparing proposals.
• Delivering a complete recruitment process, managing client and candidate expectations, and providing solutions to recruitment challenges.
• Attracting suitable candidates through writing appropriate adverts, utilising relevant websites/social media, utilising CRM database and your professional network of contacts.
• Interviewing candidates to evaluate their suitability.
• Attending networking events and exhibitions to promote the brand

Successful applicants should have the following skills or experience:

• 3-5 years minimum Permanent and/or contract recruitment experience
• Strong relationship-building skills
