Internal Recruiter / Talent Resourcing Partner

Working  as part of the Talent Resourcing Team (reporting directly in to the Head of Talent) , this global fashion organisation are seeking an exceptional Talent Resourcing Partner on a  9 - month FTC,  to help deliver a proactive and world class recruitment and talent experience.

Working as part of the business facing Talent team you will be responsible for your own customer segment, managing the flow in and out of vacancies and partnering a pool of Head of Departments to ensure they are delivered an exceptional service through the end - to - end recruitment process.

We’re looking for someone with a strong Resourcing background (ideally with some previous
exposure to Talent Management) that has worked in a dynamic business with colleagues at all levels of the business. Retail or fashion sector experience is not vital but would be a strong advantage. 

We need someone with loads of drive, energy, and creativity, with brilliant communication skills, endless passion for our amazing brand and culture, and above all, a great sense of humour.

  • Work  collaboratively  with People  Business  Partners and  Heads  of  Department  to  build  effective resourcing plans and solutions that meet business needs
  • Use data and analytics to inform resourcing decisions and provide solutions that deliver improvements across time, cost and quality of hire as well as contributing to the overall retention strategy.
  • Work closely with the team to build effective talent pools, reduce time and cost per hire and ensure high   quality   of   applicants   through   effective   attraction   strategies,   assessment   and   process management
  • Challenge the mind- set and build capability of key stakeholders to embed a simple, reliable, engaging and  diverse approach to Talent Resourcing
  • Be the trusted advisor to the People Team and the business on all things Talent Resourcing
  • Collaborate  closely  with the  People  Team to  ensure  we  deliver  an  exceptional  service 
  • Get to know your customers inside out to build trusted and influential relationships
  • Take  responsibility  for  ensuring  our  recruitment  systems/tools,  internal  processes  and  agency relationships are in a great place
  • Use talent data to support continuous improvement activity to ensure we deliver the best customer experience
  • Keep up with external research/trends/thinking to make sure we stay relevant
