This strategy has opened up an exciting opportunity for a seasoned recruitment professional to join their dynamic team. RESPONSIBILITIES

• To generate and earn fees
• Manage the recruitment process
• Identify and successfully develop new business opportunities
• Assess and meet client/candidate requirements advising best processes as appropriate and match client/candidate requirements by:
• Effective utilisation of CRM system
• Advertise assignment
• Headhunt
• Attend client visits and prepare business proposals
• Negotiate terms of business, agree on fee arrangements with new clients in line with company policy
• Act as account management/single point of contact when required
• Attend exhibitions, networking events, and industry-related events as required and where appropriate to maintain market and industry knowledge

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND BEHAVIOURS:

• Engineering/Technical experience, recruitment, sales
• Trustworthy upholds the values of the business
• Interact at all levels
• IT literate
